油管、抽油杆身份证式动态管理技术

由于管(油管)杆(抽油杆)缺乏有效的长期标记、识别技术和管理手段,在一口井内同时使用着不同时期、不同厂家、不同等级的管杆,有些因超期服役而造成断脱,严重影响了油田的正常生产.为此开展了管杆标识和动态管理技术研究.应用气液复合驱动原理在管杆的端部实现软接触柔性打标,用图像分析技术识别图像,采用逐根编码方法与数据库为基础的管杆标识计算机网络管理系统,实现对管杆从使用、维修到报废等全过程逐根动态管理.在4口井使用打标的管杆正常工作1年半以上仍继续有效.该技术为管杆标识及逐根动态管理提供了先进实用、安全可靠的技术手段.

Dynamic management of tubing and sucker rod with identification

as there is lack of valid marking and dynamic management of tubing and sucker rod, tubings or sucker rods used in the same well maybe come from different companies with different rank and different production date, and those tubing or sucker rod exceeding time limits may break off, which will seriously affect the oilfield production. To solve this problem, soft touch flexible marking was achieved by gas/liquid combination drive, and then the image can be identified by image analysis system, which will be coded into database of pipe string marking network system. The dynamic management could be achieved for a single tubing or sucker rod from using, maintenance to abandon. This new technology provides safe and reliable method to dynamically manage the tubing and sucker rod.
