| Abstract: | A literature review is carried out to discuss the evolution history in mainstream of the Tarim River , riverbed characteristics and river course evolvement .Possible reasons of the riverbed evolution is analyzed .Relationship between the sluice design and the riverbed evolution is investigated .Then , several key points for the sluice design in mainstream of the Tarim River is proposed . |
