环氧树脂E-44/HDPE-g-MAH增韧聚苯硫醚性能

摘    要:将马来酸酐接枝高密度聚乙烯( HDPE-g-MAH)与聚苯硫醚(PPS)共混制成共混体系,体系采用环氧树脂E-44增容,考察共混物体系的热行为、力学性能、相形态、增韧机理.结果表明:PPS与HDPE-g-MAH的相容性有所改善,尤其是环氧树脂E-44的加入,使在增强增韧方面效果更加明显,体系的冲击韧性随着环氧树脂E-44含量的增加表现为先增强后降低.当环氧树脂E-44质量分数为6.5%时,共混体系的拉伸强度提高到52 MPa,冲击强度也达到7.5 kJ/m2.PPS/HDPE-g-MAH/E-44共混体系中,环氧树脂E-44作为增客剂和增韧剂提高PPS基体与HDPE-g-MAH的界面粘结能力,使其共混物达到增强增韧的效果.

Abstract:The mechanic properties,toughening mechanism and compatibility of the system of polyphenylene sulfide/maleic anhydride grafted high-density polyethylene/Epoxy resin-44(PPS/HDPE-g-MAH/E-44) were studied.Thermal behavior of the blends was characterized by DSC.The results showed that the compatibility of PPS and HDPE-g-MAH/E-44 had been improved.With the addition of E-44,the toughness of blends had a maximum.The results of mechanic property showed that tensile strength of the blends attended 52 MPa and the not...
