摘    要:通过对再生加热器封头、筒体(1Cr18Ni9Ti)与法兰(15CrMo)的焊接工艺试验及工艺评定,采用A402焊条堆焊隔离层,HOCr21Ni10Ti焊丝+HJ260焊剂埋弧焊的焊接工艺方法,避免了Cr—Mo钢焊接时的重复预热,焊后经100%RT+UT检验,焊缝一次合格率为98%以上。

Abstract:The welding of head or cylindrical shell(1Cr18Ni9Ti)and forging flange( 15CrMo)of regeneration heater was performed and welding process was evaluated. The results showed that repeated preheating of Cr- Mo steel was avoided and primary pass percent of the welded seam was up to 98% according to RT + UT (100%) test when the surfacing buffer layer in welding rod A402 and H0Cr21Ni10Ti & HJ260 welding process were adopted.
