| 摘 要： | 油菜籽是我国具有比较优势的农产品,除了传统的加工食用油脂外,也作为新的可再生工业原料使用(如生物柴油等)。近年来随着转基因技术的引入,油菜籽的含油量也越来越高。不利的储藏条件常导致油脂的酸值和过氧化值升高,油色变暗。通过对影响油菜籽品质的诸因素进行分析,比较全面地了解油菜籽的储藏规律和管理方法,以期为国内油菜籽的储藏给予指导。

| Abstract: | Among various agricultural products,rapeseed is a comparatively predominant oil crops in China.It could be used not only in traditional ways like processing edible oil but also in a modern way like being a brand-new industrial material such as biodiesel fuel,soap etc.As the application of the transgenic technology,oil content of rapeseed is increasing more and more.The primary factors affecting the quality of rapeseed were analyzed in order to completely find out the storing rules and managing methods on rapeseed. |
