摘    要:为了研究Nd:YAP晶体在LD端面抽运中的1341.4nm激光输出特性,采用理论计算和实验测量了实验系统的热焦距,对比了平平腔和平凹腔激光输出结果。采用输出耦合率为T=2.4%的平凹腔和输出耦合率为T=2.6%的平平腔,分别得到了3.15W和2.86W的1341.4nm线偏振激光输出,对应斜效率分别为18.4%和17.5%。结果表明,Nd:YAP作为1.3μm波段激光晶体具有潜在的优点。

Abstract:A diode-end-pumped linearly polarized continuous-wave(CW) Nd:YAP laser operating at 1341.4nm has been demonstrated. The thermal focal lengths of end-pumped Nd:YAP laser are calculated and measured respectively. The output results of laser using plane-plane and plano-concave resonator are compared. The effects of laser oscillation mode on output results are analyzed. Making use of plano-concave cavity with the coupler transmittance of 2.4% and plane-plane cavity with the coupler transmittance of 2.6%, 3.15W and 2.86W linearly polarized laser radiation at 1341.4 nm were obtained, respectively, corresponding optical slope efficiency of 18.4% and 17.5%.
