摘    要:为了初步检测活塞环的摩擦磨损特性,设计一台活塞环摩擦磨损试验机。该试验机结构简单,测试系统软件在虚拟仪器技术基础上采用Lab VIEW平台开发,实现了对数据的实时采集、处理和结果显示等。试验证明,该试验机能满足活塞环摩擦磨损试验研究需要。

Abstract:To initially test friction and wear property of piston ring,a tester for friction and wear studies of piston ring was developed.The structure of the tester was simple and the testing system software was based on virtual instrument technology and developed by using LabVIEW development platform,actualizing the real time data collection,data processing,result display and so on.Tests show that the tester can meet research needs of friction and wear test of piston ring.
