全液压驱动高架作业车设计与滑转性能仿真

摘    要:为了实现烟草田间管理作业的机械化,设计了全液压驱动的三轮高架作业车。为了研究作业车两后轮驱动马达在负载不同的工况下滑转性能,运用AMESim动力学仿真软件对作业车液压驱动系统进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:作业车两后轮驱动马达在负载相同时,转速变化和线位移变化完全同步;负载相差490 N时,在t=6.8 s转速差异值最大为118.478 r/min,在t=9.8 s线位移差异值最大为6.446 m,此时后轮的滑转率为5.0%;负载相差980 N时,在t=6.8 s转速差异值最大为246.474 r/min,在t=9.8 s线位移差异值最大为13.400 m,此时后轮的滑转率为10.0%。负载不同的情况下,后轮的滑转率能够满足作业车行驶的要求,为作业车液压驱动系统的进一步优化设计提供了参考。

Abstract:A three wheeled high frame field operation vehicle with full hydraulic drive was designed in order to realize mechaniza -tion of tobacco field management.The model of the hydraulic driving system was established and the dynamic simulation was finishedby using the software AMESim in order to study the slip performance .Simulation results show that in the working conditions of sameload, speed change and line displacement change are synchronous completely .In the working condition of load difference 490 N, themaximum speed difference value is 118.478 r/min at t =6.8 s, the maximum line displacement difference value is 6.446 m and rearwheel slip ratio is 5.0% at t =9.8 s.In the working condition of load difference 1000 N, the maximum speed difference value is246.474 r/min at t =6.8 s, the maximum line displacement difference value is 13.400 m and rear wheel slip ratio is 10.0%at t=9.8s.Thus, speed difference and line displacement difference can meet the requirement of vehicle driving .It provides reference for the furtheroptimization design of hydraulic driving system of the operating vehicle .
