六圆弧齿廓齿轮的设计及承载能力分析

摘    要:设计一种六圆弧齿廓齿轮。与双圆弧齿轮单侧齿廓的两个工作圆弧相比,该齿轮单侧齿廓有6个工作圆弧,其中3个凸圆弧位于节线以上,3个凹圆弧位于节线以下,每两段工作圆弧之间都通过过渡圆弧连接。六圆弧齿轮单个轮齿最多有6个啮合点同时啮合传动,载荷分散在6个啮合点上,相比双圆弧齿轮具有更高的承载能力。同时建立了双圆弧及六圆弧齿轮的有限元模型,对六圆弧齿轮进行了承载能力验证,结果证实六圆弧齿轮的齿面接触应力较双圆弧齿轮降低了近20%。

Abstract:A new gear called sextuple-arc gear was designed , which tooth profile has six work arcs , and three convex arcs were located above on pitch line , three concave arcs were located under pitch line .Every two work arcs were connected by transition arc . Sextuple-arc gear had six meshing points on a single tooth , loads were dispersed in the six meshing points .Compare with the double-arc gear, sextuple-arc gear had more carrying capacity .Finite element models of double-arc gear and sextuple-arc gear were also estab-lished.The results of finite element method confirm that sextuple-arc gear tooth contact stress is 20%lower than that of the double-arc gear.
