摘    要:基于先进制造技术及软件平台,针对某内置典型复杂曲面径流式叶轮的结构特点,改进了传统工艺制造流程,基于NX的通用编程策略进行叶轮程序编制,应用先进的五轴高速加工中心完成小直径多级叶片叶轮的一次性加工,整体叶轮加工效率提高38.4%,实现该系列径流式整体叶轮零件的工艺提升,制造质量可控性增强,满足技术文件要求,良好地还原设计理念,对类似结构复杂曲面零件的制造有一定指导意义。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of structural characteristic of typical complex curved surface radial flow impeller , the traditional process was improved with application of advanced technology and software platform .Based on general programming strategy of NX , the advanced five-axis machining center was used to process a small diameter multi-stage blade impeller , the machining efficiency was elevated about 38.4%compared with the previous .This processing technique improves the production quality and satisfies the design requirement of the parts .The method provides an enlightening instruction on the manufacturing process of similar structure parts .
