| 摘 要： | 继承常用压板结构简单的优点,依据对常用压板在夹紧工件时存在问题的分析,设计一种Z字形结构的移动式压板,说明了移动式压板的应用方法与工作原理。实践证明:采用该移动式压板,可以提高工件夹紧的可靠性,避免产生干涉问题,具有推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | Inheriting the advantages of simple structure of common clamp plate , based on analysis about the problems when com-mon pressure plate was used to clamp workpiece , a mobile clamp plate with Z-shaped structure was designed , and its application method and working principle were explained .Practice has proved that the mobile clamp plate can improve the clamping reliability of workpiece , avoid interference problem , and it has popularization value . |
