摘    要:通过AMESim软件平台搭建简单的装载机动臂系统及油缸模型,对影响油缸沉降量的几种因素进行了仿真分析,仿真了单一因素对油缸沉降量的影响,并分析了它们的组合对油缸沉降量的影响,给出了减小油缸沉降量的措施。

Abstract:Through AMESim software platform,simple loader arm system and the cylinder model were built.Several factors affecting the oil cylinder subsidence were analyzed by simulation.The influence of the single factor on the oil cylinder subsidence process was gotten and the influences of the combination of the factors on the oil cylinder subsidence were discussed.Then the measures to reduce oil cylinder subsidence were presented.
