基于故障树的公路运输车气压制动系统故障诊断

摘    要:使用故障树分析法对某型号公路运输车的气压制动系统故障进行分析。绘制公路运输车气压制动系统原理图,详细介绍气压制动系统的工作原理。建立气压制动系统无法解除制动的故障树模型,进行气压制动系统故障分析与定位。对气压制动系统定位的故障进行机制分析和问题复现,为公路运输车气压制动系统的故障诊断和维修提供了理论依据和方法。

Abstract:Compressed air brake system failure of some truck was studied by fault tree analysis method .The principle diagram of the compressed air brake system was drawn , and its principle was analyzed deeply .Then, the air brake system failure was analyzed by establishing its fault tree model that the system could not relieve brake .With mechanism analysis and simulation study for the fault of the compressed air brake system , the theory and way for the fault diagnosis and repair were provided .
