摘    要:介绍一种用于长管内壁表面光整加工的装置,并对其进行了受力分析,推导出磨棒对管内壁的磨削力的计算公式;利用MATLAB进行数学建模,分析相关参数对磨削力的影响规律,并在电机转速为940r/min时,对内径54mm、长1.5m的不锈钢管内壁进行磨削加工,验证了光整加工的效果,为下一步更深入的研究提供了理论及实验基础。

Abstract:A kind of inner surface finishing machining device for slender tube was introduced,and the stress analysis was carried out,the calculation formula of the grinding force between grinding rods and the internal surface was deduced.MATLAB was used to build the mathematical modeling,the influences of related parameters on the grinding force were analyzed.Taking the stainless tube with inside diameter 54 mm and long 1.5 m as the example,the processing speed was 940 r/min,the device processing effect was verified by experiment.It provides theoretical and experimental basis for the next deeper research.
