摘    要:介绍了利用钢井壁及千斤顶强制下通过坚井流沙层的施工过程,论述了从钢井壁的设计、组装到钢井壁下沉通过流沙层的施工方法,并分析了钢井壁下沉过程中几种容易出现的故障处理。实践表明,采用该方法通过竖井流沙层施工成功率在95%以上。

Abstract:The working process of inforced sinking through the quick sand strata of vertical shaft by steel shaft lining and jack is described,the design and assembling of the steel shaft lining and the method of its sinking through the quick sand strata are discussed and the faults that are easy to occur in the sinking process of the steel shaft lining are analysed.The practice has shown that the construction success rate of passing the quick sand strata of vertical shaft using this method is greater than 95%.
