Research and Application of Automatic Switching Device for 220kV Busbar Connection of Pingban Hydropower Station

The security of power grid has become increasingly outstanding,especially in regional power grid of relatively weak grid structure,therefore,it is very important to establish safe defense.As the first safe defense,the automatic switching device for standby power supply takes an important role in ensuring continuous power supply and improving the security and reliability of power grid.This paper describes the features,working principles and applications of automatic switching devices for standby power supply of 220kV busbar,which can be considered as reference for ensuring safety and reliability operation of Guangxi power grid and Baise power grid.
