| 摘 要： | 阐述了螺旋埋弧焊管最主要的原材料卷板消耗定额的编制原则、方法、分类及理论计算公式，举例分析了卷板消耗定额理论计算公式的应用。该方法为螺旋焊管制管企业卷板消耗定额编制提供了参照意见，同时为制管企业生产过程中更好地控制卷板消耗提供了一种思路。

| Abstract: | The steel coil is the most part material of SSAW pipe. This article introduced steel coil consumption quota formulating principle, method, assortment and theoretical calculation formula for producing SSAW pipe. It analyzed application of steel coil consumption quota calculating formula through giving an example. This kind of method provided reference view on formulating steel coil consumption quota for SSAW pipe manufacture enterprises ,and offered an approach on controlling steel coil consumption during pipe production. |
