| 摘 要： | 城市建设中保护与开发的矛盾已日益突出。宁波外滩改造项目较好的处理了这一问题。其中l区K幢木结构民居经房屋质量检测发现房屋主体结构大部分完好，存在部分木构件朽烂，屋面局部塌陷漏水等问题，经加固修缮后予以保留。

| Abstract: | The constradiction between protection and development in urban construction is becoming more and more conspicuous. This problem is solved well in Ningbo Bund reformation project. A wood structure vernacular dwelling was inspected and found its main structure was fine but a few members were rotted and a part of roof was caved-in and leaking. After repairing and strengthening it was reserved. |
