黄河断流的成因分析

摘    要:自1972年起,黄河出现经常性断流。断流与天然来水、干流控制性水库运用及工农业用水等多种因素有关。经过分析认为,龙羊峡水库投入运用以前,黄河断流主要是因为刘家峡一个水库调节能力和控制能力都不够,龙羊峡投入运用以后断流的主要原因:一是黄河中下游河段缺少控制性水库;二是沿程用水量越来越大,使得水资源总量显得不足。目前在黄河水资源配置中的主要矛盾不是缺少调节库容,不是库容不够,而是根本没有更多的水可用。

Abstract:Since 1972, the water interception of Yellow River occurred frequently, and has several factors relating to natural inflow, operation of controlled reservoirs on the mainstream and water used for industry and agriculture. Through analysis, it is considered that prior to the commissioning of Longyangxia reservoir the main reasons of water interception are due to inadequate regulation and control capabilities of Liujiaxia reservoir. After operation of Longyangxia reservoir, the main reasons of water interception are as follows: one is short of controlled reservoirs on the mid-stream and downstream of Yellow River, the other is the increasing utilization of water along the reach, which has resulted in insufficient total amount of water. Thus, the main contradictions now for the allocation of water resources of Yellow River are not lacking in regulation storage, and insufficient reservoir capacity, but there is no more water at all to be used and regulated.
