| 摘 要： | 手性药物对映体分离是药学领域重要的研究课题。由于对映体的理化性质极为相近,分离难度很大。毛细管电泳法（CE）以其特有的高效、快速、样品和溶剂消耗量小等特点而受到广泛的关注,毛细管区带电泳法（CZE）是CE法中最常用的一种分离模式。本文就近年来CZE在手性药物对映体分离中的应用情况做了综述,并对毛细管区带电泳在这一领域的发展作了展望。
