摘    要:对直径为 47.75mm壁厚为 0 .8~ 1 .5mm的照相机导向镜筒零件进行普通和超声车削试验 ,研究了各切削参数对此类超薄壁零件表面粗糙度的影响规律 ,也试验研究了超声振动切削时切削液及车刀对表面粗糙度的影响

Abstract:In the paper the experiments of cutting camera's guiding drawtube with 47.75mm diameter and 0.6 to 1.5mm wall thickness by means of ultrasonic vibration method and common method were carried out.The influence of every parameter on the surface roughness of the ultrathin wall part was researched.Furthermore,the influences of cutting fluid and cutting tools on the roughness were researched too.The conclusions are useful in machining such precise ultrathin wall parts.
