摘    要:大庆油田天然气分公司油气加工八大队杏一油气处理站轻烃歧化装置现有两座立式内盘管加热炉,为手动操作,安全系数低,操作难度大,烟气质量不能达到环保要求,燃烧效率较低。2005年采用较先进的控制技术,将原火嘴改造成全自动燃烧器、安装了风气自动配比装置,配套了熄火保护等连锁保护,通过两套PLC系统对其进行集中控制。改造实施后经过测算,燃烧效率达到99.6%,烟气污染物排放量完全达到国家环保标准要求,实现了高效、环保、节能运行。

Abstract:This paper introduced how reform had been carried out on the two upright heating furnaces with internal coiled tubings of light hydrocarbon dismutation device in Xing 1 Oil and Gas Treating Station, the No. 8 Oil and Gas Processing Team of PetroChina Oilfield Company. Before reform in 2005, the two heaters were controlled manually with difficult operations, low safety factor, rather low combustion rate, and the venting flume gas couldn't meet the requirement for the environmental protection. In 2005, adopting advanced controlling techniques, the previous jet burner was innovated into fully automatic combustor, air/gas ratio self controlling set was installed, flameout control was equipped with the device, and two sets of PLC control system were used to supervise and control the whole working system. Through the observation and investigation after the reform, this study calculated the combustion rate to be up to 99.6%, discovered that the discharged pollutants like flume and gas could fully meet the requirement for the national environmental protection. After reform the whole device was proved to be operated with good features like high efficiency, environment friendly qualities, and effective energy saving probability.
