某购物中心建筑的能耗状况分析及能源管理的对策

建筑能耗现已成为社会节能的热点。对某综合购物广场建筑从空调系统、电梯、照明系统等主要能耗构成入手，汇总了该建筑物两年的建筑能耗状况。基于该建筑物的建筑能耗管理状况，从技术和管理机制上对该建筑的建筑能耗进行评价，提出了有效进行建筑能耗管理的方法及建议，为该建筑物降低建筑能耗提供了方向，突出反映建筑能源管理技术和机制在合理节能方面的作用。对综合建筑体的建筑能耗管理和节能工作有一定的借鉴意义。

Energy Consumption and Energy Management Countermeasures of a Shopping Center

Abstract： Building energy has been a highlighting energy-saving issue in recent years. The building energy consumption in air-conditioning system, elevator and lighting system are mainly described for one shopping mall to collect its energy consumption condition. The energy performance of the complex building is evaluated from the perspective of technology and management mechanism for proposing more effective managing methods and suggestions. This way is the guide to reduce building energy consumption, which shows good work on building energy management technology and mechanism in achieving reasonable ener- gy efficiency and has certain model significance to energy consumption management and energy conserva- tion for the complex building.
