摘    要:作为一种新的视网膜功能探测技术,本文研 究在可见光刺激 下的视网膜黄斑区内源光信号(IOSs,intrinsic optical signal)的提取和处理方法。通过 改造的视网膜脉络膜同步血管造影仪得到视网膜受 可见光刺激前后的红外图像,对图像进行灰度变换,得到黄斑区IOSs对光刺激 的变化曲线,分析了 黄斑区横截面IOSs的变化和黄斑区中心点的IOSs变化。结果表明,人眼 视网膜对不同色 光的响应不一致,对绿光更为敏感;黄斑区中心区域与非黄斑区IOSs的变化有 着较为明显的差 异性;对于黄斑中心区,在可见光刺激时IOSs会出现约5~25%的变化。本文研究 结果对视网膜IOSs分析研究以及黄斑区分析具有一定的意义,并为相关眼部疾病实验探究提 供了理论基础。

Abstract:As a new retinal detection technology, this paper researches the signal extraction method and processing methods of intrinsic optical signal (IOSs) in macular area stimulated by visible light.By using the modified retina choroid synchronous ang iography,we get the infrared imagery of retina before and after stimulation under visible light.Aft er changing the gray scale of images, we can get the IOSs curve of the macular area during stimulation by the visible light,and analyze the changes of IOSs in the cross section and the center of macular area.The result shows that the retina has responses different toward different colors,and is more sensitive toward green light;the IOSs changes for the center of macular area and other area are evidently different; for the center of macular area,the IOSs changes about 5%-25% stimulated by the visible light.The result of this study has significant positive effect on the analysis and research of IOSs and macular area.Meanwhile,it provides a the oretical basis for the experimental investigation of some related ocular diseases.
