| 摘 要： | 为满足有界波模拟装置指标需求，研制了一台高功率窄脉冲源。利用Marx发生器并联充电、串联放电的原理，该脉冲源可实现百千伏的脉冲高压输出，其最终输出电压幅值100 kV，上升时间1.8 ns，脉冲半宽40 ns，满足模拟装置指标要求。该脉冲源结构紧凑，直径18 cm，长度97 cm，可用于在室内开展高空核电磁脉冲对待考核系统所产生的破坏效应和加固技术研究工作。
