稳态条件下PN结器件一维模型的数值分析

摘    要:在半导体器件理论的基础上,对一维PN结器件模型的方程组进行线性化,并求出其数值解,为分析稳态条件下PN结器件一维模型提供了一种新的数值解法.

Abstract:Based on the fundamental theory of semiconductor devices,the equations set of one-dimensional PN junction device model is linearized,then the numerical results are evaluated.It provides a new numerical method for analyzing one-dimensional PN junction device model under the steady-state condition.
