| 摘 要： | 为防止加油站地埋油罐在春、夏多雨季节易发生的上浮事故。介绍了地埋油罐上浮的原因，上浮给加油站的安全和经营带来的严重危害和损失，重点介绍了地埋油罐上浮后的抢救措施及应急方法，建议只要经常有大暴雨天气发生地区的地埋油罐都应设计安装抗浮设施。

| Abstract: | The floating problem of underground buoyant oil tank always happens during the rainy season in spring and summer. The main reason for this incident is unqualified antifloating facilities or without such facility. The floating incident could make great hazard and damage to the safety and management in the gas station. The author gives some emergency measures to solve this problem. |
