| 摘 要： | 在对加油站员工的工作状况及员工队伍结构进行观察和分析的基础上，为提高加油站的创效能力，就抓好社会合同工和青年职工为主体的加油员工队伍的积极性，阐述了要深入加油站一线，换位思考，相互理解，实施绩效考核、动态管理来稳定职工队伍，调动员工积极性的认识和主张。
