| 摘 要： | 介绍了办理危险化学品经营许可证应具备的基本条件和审批、颁证的主管部门。储存成品油的销售企业要取得危险化学品经营许可证，需先对照有关标准对本企业的安全生产现状进行自评，而后根据本企业自评结果由各级安全生产监督管理部门组织开展评估。只有通过安全评估机构认定的企业，才能取得危险化学品经营许可证。指出了当前开展安全评估工作中存在的问题，并对安全评估工作提出了有针对性的意见。

| Abstract: | Main conditions for applying for license and approving authority are introduced. A license for dangerous chemicals is essential for a sale company to manage refined oils. A self - assessment is followed by an assessment by supervisory departments. Only those passing the safety assessment can be granted the license for operating dangerous chemicals. Problems existing in safety assessment are presented. Suggestion is also introduced. |
