对加油站特许经营的若干思考

介绍了特许经营的含义，指出了国内加油站开展特许经营中的条件准备不充分、对其实质性内容重视不够及相关配套体系跟不上等问题；针对目前国内加油站特许经营的实际情况，借鉴国内外发展特许经营方面的经验，提出了在今后发展加油站特许经营工作中应坚持规范、互利、渐进的原则，由政府、企业、社会三方面共同努力，既要重视数量，也要重视质量，加强管理，建立和完善特许经营的物流配送、信息系统和培训系统等支持体系。

Licensed gas stations are defined. It's pointed out that domestic condition is not well established for the license management. Based on current situation and experience of license management abroad, the authors suggest that in the process of the license management for the gas stations, the sales companies should stick to the principle of standardization, progressive development. Both quantity management and quality control should be paid attention to. Establishing and improving supporting system are also important.
