摘    要:分析了准安石油分公司听装润滑油销售现状及存在的问题,提出了强化零售公司销售润滑油责任制,拓展听装油市场,积极发展终端用户及加强润滑油销售网络建设建议。

Abstract:The author analyzes current condition and existent problems in canned lubricant marketing business of Huaian Oil Sales Company, and suggests that the company should strengthen the responsibility management system, enhance the control power in the canned oil products market, concentrate on developing terminal customers, and reinforce lubricant sales network.
