The three dimensional finite element mode of cement concrete pavement was built with ANSYS finite element software,the cement concrete pavement temperature stress under temperature cycle effect was calculated,the different factors influences rule on cement concrete pavement under temperature cycle was analyzed,which lay a basis for pavement structure analysis.
