海岛结构环氧砂浆抗冲磨性能试验研究

摘    要:以往研究表明,采用海岛结构环氧增韧技术可以提高环氧砂浆的断裂韧性和抗冲磨强度。本文通过正交试验,对不同增韧剂掺量和不同砂胶比环氧砂浆的力学强度和抗冲磨强度进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,当增韧剂掺量小于80%时,环氧砂浆的力学强度和抗冲磨强度均随增韧剂掺量的增大有较大提高;当砂胶比大于700%时,环氧砂浆的力学强度和抗冲磨强度均明显下降。试验还表明,环氧砂浆的抗拉强度和抗冲磨强度正相关。

Abstract:Previous studies showed that the rupture toughness and abrasion resistance of epoxy mortar could be improved by adopting the Sea Island Structure(SIS) epoxy resin.This paper presents an orthogonal experiment which reveals the relations of mechanical strength and abrasion resistance at different ratios of sand_to_colloid and dosages of additive ZRJ.The test results show that when the ZRJ content is less than 80%,the mechanical strength and abrasion resistance of epoxy mortar will be improved by increasing additive ZRJ dosage and reach their maximum values at 80% of additive content.The compressive strength will increase as the sand_to_colloid ratio increases and reach its maximum at 700% of the ratio.When the ratio is over 700%,the mechanical strength and abrasion resistance will be reduced obviously.The result also reveals a positive relationship between the abraison resistance and the tensile strength.
