基于逼近理想点法电网运行安全性评价

摘    要:通过对我国电网运行安全性的分析,提出了一套较完整的电网安全评价指标体系,该体系从结构安全、运行安全、可靠性、充裕性四个方面进行构建,该指标体系能够科学、全面地反映电网的安全水平,为电网安全应急技术措施的制定提供量化依据.利用逼近理想点法建立了评价模型,对电网运行安全性进行综合评价。最后以5个地区电网为例,说明了所提指标体系的合理性和方法的实用性。
