单相并网逆变器的三态滞环控制策略

摘    要:以单相电压型并网逆变器为研究对象,提出一种新型的三态滞环控制策略。该方法是在传统的两态滞环控制的基础上,增加过零比较器,通过优化逆变器的开关逻辑,从而实现滞环控制下并网逆变器的三态输出。该三态滞环控制方式结构简单,易于实现,相对于传统的两态滞环控制具有倍频控制的效果,能在相对较低的开关频率下获得较快的动态响应,输出电能质量良好,且全桥电路中只有两个开关工作于高频状态,有利于降低功率管开关损耗,提高并网系统运行效率。
