| 摘 要： | 针对目前能量管理系统（EMS）与广域测量系统（WAMS）之间没有一个统一的信息模型,不能集中动态监视与控制日益复杂的电力系统的现状,对IEC61970标准的公共信息模型CIM进行了深入研究,并结合EMS与WAMS的各自特点及其在电力系统中的应用情况,构建了基于IEC61970标准CIM的EMS/WAMS的统一信息模型,并定义了主要的CIM类以及它们相应的属性信息。
