硬质合金顶锤内部缺陷的无损定量检测

摘    要:硬质合金顶锤内部缺陷的无损定量检测 ,是制定顶锤探伤标准的基础和前题 ,是保证顶锤质量的重要手段之一。本文就硬质合金顶锤超声波定量探伤的探伤参数的选择进行了讨论 ,推算出适合于硬质合金顶锤定量探伤的计算公式 ,利用计算机比较精确地计算出缺陷当量 ,由计算机自动生成AVG图。

Abstract:Nondamage quantity detection of internal defeets in cemented carbide anvil is the base and premise to establish anvil detection standard and one of the important methods to ensure the quality of anvil.It has been discussed in regard to the election of detector parameters of ultrasonic wave quantity detection for cemented carbide anvil.Formulas suited for quantity detection of cemented carbide anvil were calculated.Defcet equivalents were calculated rather correctly by computer as well as formed AVG diagram automatically.
