基于C8051F微控制器的多温区测控系统的设计

摘    要:本文介绍了采用C8051F005徽处理器为基础的多温区测控系统方案,对比分析了选用C8051F005微控制器的原因和优势,给出了系统的硬件和软件组成,并且分析了各模块的功能和系统的软件流程。该系统速度快、精度高、需要的外围元器件少、调试简单,不仅可以实时地进行高精度温度控制,而且成本低,易维护。实际运行结果表明,该系统稳定性好,可靠性高,人机界面友好,温控精度可达0.8%。

Abstract:This paper introduces a scheme of multiple temperature zones measurement system based on C8051F MCU, the reason and advantage of choosing C8051F MCU is analyzed contrastively, with the system composition of hardware and software provided, and analyzing the function of each module and software flow-chart of the system. The system that adopts the C8051F MCU has the characteristic of swift speed, high accuracy, a few component peripherally, simple debug. The system not only real-timely controls temperature in high accuracy, but also has low cost and easy maintenance. The result of actual operation indicates that the system has the high stability, high reliability, friendly HMI, and the accuracy of temperature control is of as high as 0.8%.
