沥青玛蹄脂碎石(SMA)路面施工——以深圳宝城段国道为例

SMA是由沥青玛蹄脂填充碎石骨架组成的骨架嵌挤型密实结构路面混合料，其主要特点是高温稳定性好，耐久性好，抗车辙能力强，表面粗糙，摩擦系数大，密实不透水，因此，具有良好的路用性能，适用于交通量大，车速高的道路路面，根据深圳宝城段国道的现状，设计采用了SMA－13Ⅱ对原路面进行大修改造，在施工过程中，根据《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》（JTJ032－94）及SMA路面的技术要求，结合具体工程实例，在选材，配料，施工等方面做了具体规定，工程完工后，经过质量监督部门检查验收，评定质量等级为优良。

In SMA(Stone Mastic Asphalt),the stones must be inlaid very densely.It is a mixture used for pavement.Its main characters are:high temperature steadiness,good durability,strong enough to resist the pressure by cars, a large friction coefficient from its rough surface,hardly any water penetrating.So it is good for highway's heavy traffic and high speed.According to the situation in Shenzhen Baoan section of the national road,the design is to replace original pavement by SMA.During the construction,according to Standard Specification for Construction and Acceptance of Highway Asphalt Pavement made by traffic department and the technical demand of SMA pavement,some specific rules are made which include the aspects of choosing materials,distributing materials and its construction.Examining when completed the project,it the Quality Superintendence Department proves it an excellent quality.
