| 摘 要： | 通过编制经济指数监测市场运行状况是商务部《商务天气预报》项目的重要内容.指数编制既要考虑充分发挥其监测、预警功能,还须明确指数不同数值水平所代表的经济意义,如何划分指数监测区间是《商务天气预报》项目亟需解决的一个子课题.本文利用质量控制图的思想,以经济指数的变化率为监控指标,建立经济指数监控图,通过观察监控图中指数点的排列情况,对经济运行起到预警的作用.

| Abstract: | It is the important content of Commercial Weather Broadcast,developed by the Ministry of Commerce,to monitor the commodity market by developing economic index.In order to utilize the index effectively,it is necessary to study its economic meanings in different intervals.One of its tasks is to decide the monitor intervals of the index in the Commercial Weather Broadcast.A kind of economic index control chart is established based on the rate of mobility of the index according to the theory of quality control chart. |
