铜合金异形厚壁铸件的铸造工艺研究

摘    要:常见形状厚壁铸件的铸造工艺规律性较强,而异形厚壁铸件较之常见形状厚壁铸件的铸造工艺难度则更大一些,常需依赖于丰富的生产实践经验及借助于计算机凝固模拟分析技术。介绍了近几年做的锲块、壳体与支座、夹层线圈、T形宽板、π形电极座、L形过渡板等典型产品的工艺,并给出了较为成功的工艺。通过对典型产品的案例分析,探索对异形厚壁铸件的铸造工艺设计思想与方法。

Abstract:Compared with conventional thick-walled copper parts, it is more difficult to produce the abnormal thick-walled copper parts in casting technology, which often lies on the amounts of practical experiences and CAE analysis. For some typical parts, including housing, bracket base, coil, T type broad sheet, the casting processes,have been proposed. Based on the analysis of typical parts, the design principle of casting processes for abnormal thick-walled copper parts are approached.
