关于低压焊管的创新诌议(一)

摘    要:对低压焊管及低压焊管的连续管螺纹的连接方法进行了分析,指出了中外许多国家的焊管内径尺寸,壁厚,外径尺寸严重偏差,尺寸不合理,不规范,旧英制管螺纹标准本身存在不合理因素,建议重新设计新型低压焊管的技术尺寸,并采用新低压焊管和新连接管件。

Abstract:The article analyses the connection method for lower pressure welded pipe and its joint pipe thread. It points out that welded pipes made by many China and foreign countries has serious tolerance of the dimension of inside and outside diameter as well as wall thickness. These dimension is not in accordance the specification and unreasonable. Pipe Thread Specification itself with old English system has unreasonable factors. The author recommends to redesign technical dimension of new low pressure welded pipes and adopts new low pressure welded pipe and new connecting pipe pieces.
