和谐社会视域下的价值观冲突与整合

当前我国社会的价值观冲突复杂多样,主要表现为价值取向上义与利的冲突;价值本位上社会本位与个体本位的冲突;价值标准上一元与多元的冲突。引发价值观冲突的根源在于价值主体的多元化、社会结构的变迁及全球化的影响等。为保证社会的和谐、稳定和发展,必须对多元冲突的价值观进行整合,这种整合包括发挥社会主义核心价值体系在整合中的引领作用;倡导集体主义的主导价值观;坚持一元与多元的统一;必须把继承中国优秀传统价值观和批判吸收西方价值观结合起来等四个方面。

On the Conflicts of Values and Values Integration from the Perspective of the Harmonious Society

There are all kinds of values conflicts in our society at the moment,mainly being shown in three aspects such as the conflict of morals and benefit in value orientation,the conflict of social standard and individual standard in standard values and the conflict of monistic values and pluralistic values in standard of value.The causes of values conflicts lie in the variety of subjects of value,the change of social construction and the impact of globalization.In order to ensure social harmony,stability and development,it is necessary to integrate pluralistic values conflicts.The values integration includes making socialist core value system play a guiding role in the integration,advocating the dominant values of collectivism,adhering to the unification of monistic values and pluralistic values and combining inheriting traditional Chinese fine values with critically assimilating western values.
