摘    要:强度调制型光纤传感器是一种可用于测量位移、温度、压力、气体浓度等多种物理量的高精度传感器。为改善传感器的性能,微弱光强信号的检测需要载波调制和双光路补偿。传统的这类传感器通常采用模拟电路实现,存在着元件漂移误差、调校困难、不易组网、尺寸较大等固有的弊端。提出了一种基于DSP的设计方案,并实现了一个嵌入式网络化智能光纤传感器,有效解决了上述问题。研究结果还可应用于其他微弱信号的检测以及传感器的小型化、网络化、智能化等领域。

Abstract:An intensity modulated optical fiber sensor(IMOFS)is a type of sensor capable of measuring various physical properties such as displacement,temperature,pressure,and gas concentration with a high precision.To improve its performance,a carrier modulation and double light route compensation are necessary for detecting faint optical power signals.Traditional IMOFS implementations use analog circuits,and suffer from several inherent limitations such as component drift error,correcting and networking hardly,and space consuming.This paper presents a design methodology based on a DSP,and implements an embedded networked intelligent IMOFS which resolves these problems effectively.The research results also can be applied to other faint signal detecting and sensor minifying,networking and intelligentizing.
