摘    要:大面积填土对桩基的影响主要表现为负摩擦和侧向受荷的综合效应。以南京世茂外滩新城大面积高填土为背景工程,采用数值分析方法对填土作用下单桩的变形与受力性状进行了理论分析,并就本工程填土对结构和桩的影响进行了整体平面有限元分析。提出了结构架空后填土、路堤桩地基处理、利用基坑围护桩隔离、增加边桩刚度、采用轻质堆填材料等一系列技术措施,取得了良好的效果,并采用数值分析方法对技术措施的有效性进行了评价。

Abstract:The impact of large area fill on the piles is often expressed as the combined effect of negative friction and lateral load.The work characteristics of piles under fill are studied by numerical analysis.Then,the deformation and force of the pile in Nanjing Shimao Bund hotel project were analyzed by finite element method.The analysis results indicate that the pile and structure will result in a larger deformation and internal force,and the corresponding solutions were put forward,such as the setting pile and ...
