蒙脱石的有机化及其在不饱和聚酯中的试验

摘    要:本文按正交法设计了18个制备有机蒙脱石的实验,优化了制备最大层间距的蒙脱石的最佳工艺条件,并对其进行了表征,最后制备了几种不同层间距蒙脱石/不饱和聚酯树脂复合材料。FTIR证实有机插层剂已进入蒙脱石;XRD结果表明蒙脱石层间距由1.44nm增加到3.98nm;通过对复合材料力学性能测试表明:层间距(3.98nm)最大的蒙脱石制得的复合材料各项性能最好,其中冲击强度提高了217%,弯曲强度提高了355%。

Abstract:In this paper 18 experiments were designed and the best process for synthesizing the biggest spacing of layers of montmorillonite was discussed. The FTIR spectrogram showed that the organic reagents had intercalated into the layer of MMT.Spacing of layer of MMT was detected by using X-ray diffractometer and was observed to have increased to 3.98 nm that was advanced. At last some kinds of MMT/UP composites were prepared. Their mechanical properties are studied and that showed the properties were the best when using the MMT of 3.98 nm , its impact strength was 2.17 times more than that of the pure resin and the bending strength was 3.55 times more than it, the properties of others also had some improvement.
