摘    要:连杆裂解作为21世纪的先进加工技术受到广泛关注。文中对连杆断裂剖分机理与裂解加工技术的经济性进行分析,对连杆传统加工方法与裂解加工方法的主要工艺流程进行比较,探讨裂解连杆材料特性以及加工裂解槽、定向裂解、装配螺栓等核心工序与设备等裂解加工关键技术问题,提出保证裂解质量的技术措施。

Abstract:The fracture splitting technology is attracting attention as an advanced mechanical method used in connecting rod of engine in the 21th century. It can reduce production cost by decreasing the manufacturing process and result in additional engine performance benefits by ensuring a perfect fit between the two halves of a connecting rod. Here, the fracture splitting principle of connecting rod and economic reckoning are analyzed, the manufacturing procedures in connecting rod production by fracture separating technology are compared with by conventional machining method, the material characteristic,key technology details and relevant equipment for machining breaking grooves, separating the end cap from the rod along the predetermined fracture line and assembling bolt torque are discussed, the technologic measures taken to improve fracture quality of the connecting rod are presented.
