摘    要:研究了采用膜技术分离透明质酸(HA)的可行性。试验表明,PVDF材质的膜适合于HA发酵液的过滤分离;以膜分离技术为主体,采用微滤和超滤相结合的工艺,能够实现HA发酵液的分离提纯。HA浓度在一定的范围内(微滤:≤1.2g/L;超滤:≤1.5g/L),膜工艺可稳定的运行。膜的选择性与TMP、剪切流速有一定的关系;对于微滤膜,合适的TMP应为0.1MPa;超滤膜为0.15MPa;试验中最佳的剪切流速应为1.25m/s。

Abstract:Membrane technology has been widely used in the field of biological engineering. In the paper, the feasibility of separation of hyaluronic acid (HA) from fermentation broth by membrane technology was experimentally studied. It was shown that membranes made from polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) were suitable for the filtration of HA fermentation broth, and that the combination of microfiltration (MF) and ultrafiltration (UF), which was used as a key technology, could separate and purify HA from its fermentation broth. Membrane processes could be operated stably in a certain range of HA concentration (for MF: ≤41.2 g/L, UF: ≤1.5 g/L). There was a relationship between membrane selectivity and transmembrane pressure (TMP) as well as shear velocity. For MF, reasonable TMP was 0.1 MPa, and for UF, 0.15 MPa. The optimal shear velocity was 1.25 m/s in the experiments.
