摘    要:采用经典的滞后环方法和恒剪切速率方法分别考察了山东工业拟薄水铝石(SD)和实验室自制拟薄水铝石(TY)胶溶所形成的浓水溶性悬浮体系的触变性。在相同的剪切条件下,TY体系表现出剪切稀释行为,呈现正触变性;而SD体系表现出剪切增稠行为,呈现负触变性。由于SD中含有微量偏铝酸钠,产生的粒子内作用力形成类凝胶态。使它具有负触变性。在固含量和酸铝比相近的情况下,SD和TY两体系的表观粘度和剪切应力的明显差异是由于二者的粒子分布不同造成的。

Abstract:Thixotropy of peptized concentrated aqueous pseudo-boehmite suspensions of SD(Shandong commercial) and TY(Lab made) was performed with different methods including hysteresis loop and steady shear measurements. Experimental steady flow curves indicated thixotropy of TY system and negative thixotropy of SD system under the same conditions.TY system showed shear-thinning and SD system showed shear-thickening.The dilatancy behavior of SD system resulted from a small amount of sodium aluminum oxide containing in this system,giving rise to interparticle forces to drive the suspension into a gel-like state. The sharp differences of apparent viscosity and shear stress under the same conditions were due to different particle size distribution between the two systems.
