硼纤维拉伸强度分布特征与其内含缺陷的关系

摘    要:采用单-Weibull统计分布函数及缺陷引发断裂的不同机制来描述拉伸强度的分散性及其与纤维特性的内在联系。结果发现具有不同断裂机制的缺陷所引发的拉伸断裂其强度分布分别符合Weibull分布,并具有各自独特的形态和参数,从而可从统计学角度对纤维所含缺陷及纤维性能进行了分类和描述。
